Where do sessions take place?

How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 60 minutes, with frequency depending on the care package and individual goals.
Do you offer virtual or telehealth sessions?
Yes. Coaching and wellness sessions are available virtually to support flexibility and continuity of care. Virtual sessions are held through the Practice Better platform.
How is my personal information protected?
Client scheduling, communication, and session management are handled through Practice Better, a secure platform designed for health and wellness professionals.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe using major credit, debit cards, or cash according to the selected care package or session agreement.
Can I cancel or reschedule sessions?
Yes. Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible to help maintain scheduling availability for all clients. Care packages are typically structured as a three-month commitment to support meaningful progress and continuity of care. However, if after the first month you feel the program is not the right fit, you may choose to cancel the remaining months with notice.
